ECO-CRITICISM: A NEW DIRECTION OF MODERN LITERARY CRITICISM

At the last periods of the 20th century, inparticular, during the 1990s, the relationship between literature and environment has started to be studied in the same framework as a discipline. The most significant element affecting the emergence of ecocriticism is the degradation of nature and the repercussions of life-threatening events into literary works together with industrialization. The increase of factors which imperil life steadily widens the framework of ecocriticism or environmental criticism theory. Ecocriticism, whose coverage enlarges gradually, is of significant importance in terms of offering possible solutions to these problems. The aim of this study is to explain the theory of ecocriticism highlighting the relationship between literature and environment as an interdisciplinary method and to examine the application of this criticism. When the environmental movement began to gather political force during the 1970s, ecological literary criticism grew into activism, and lead to the spread of eco consciousness and awareness. Various texts in the modern era (post-1900) offered the changing trends in this manner.

Исследование посвящено анализу влияния продолжительности механоактивационной обработки на структурные и фазовые изменения в порошковой смеси системы Mg-Ni-Al. В рамках исследования были определены оптимальные параметры обработки для достижения желаемых структурных и фазовых состояний, что критически важно для последующего применения полученных материалов в области водородной энергетики и катализа. Результаты показывают, что изменение времени обработки оказывает непосредственное влияние на формирование новых фаз, размер частиц и пористость материала, что может быть использовано для контроля свойств материалов на микроуровне.

Underground engineering facilities have a great place in the development process of the country. They serve to overcome various obstacles on communication routes, increase traffic safety, reduce the intensity of land transport in populated areas and the length of the travel section. The construction of underground engineering facilities is associated with great difficulties and financial costs. The cost of their construction depends on such natural factors as: the depth of the location of the object, physical-mechanical properties of the rocks, temperature, hydro-geology of the area, tectonics and others. The peculiarity of their construction is also expressed in the large volume of work to be carried out, the use of complex machines and equipment, the narrowness of the working space, the change of mining and geological conditions during the movement of equipment and equipment, and the observance of safety rules. In addition to the mentioned, the course of the work process depends on such important links as: pressure, ventilation, water and others.

Underground engineering facilities of settlements develop at an ever-increasing rate along with cities and are an integral part of them. The integrated development of the underground space of cities makes it possible and contributes to the rational use of the land area, simplification of transport services for the population, improvement of road safety, reduction of street noise and air pollution from exhaust gases.

City underground engineering facilities can be conventionally combined into several groups: engineering and transport (different types of tunnels and parking lots); service sectors (store, cinema, exhibition hall, storage, archive, etc.); industrial and energy (workshop, laboratory, thermal station, etc.); engineering networks and constructions (pipeline, transformer, gas distribution station, etc.); Civil defense facilities. Underground engineering facilities allow to release a significant part of the usable area in the territory of the settlement.

The purpose of this exposition is to contribute to the improvement of the graphical user interface in the Python programming environment. The issue of a new approach to programming is one of the current topics of recent years. One of the main tasks facing the exploration of this issue is the development of programs and methods that respond to global standards and contribute to the modernization of the graphical interface. The successful application of methods implemented in recent years has necessitated a new approach to the capabilities of the user interface in the Python environment. In this regard, the exposition focuses on recent achievements in this field and explores the impact of these achievements on the importance of the graphical interface for the user. Secondly, tools written in Python are reviewed, and some general issues are discussed. Thirdly, the possibilities of working with lines in Python and the usage capabilities of the print() and input() functions in this programming environment are considered.

Artykuł poświęcony jest badaniu specyfiki kształtowania produktywności mieszańców kukurydzy różnych grup dojrzałości (wczesna dojrzewająca DN Pyvykha (FAO 180); średnio wczesna NC TELIAS (FAO 290); średnio dojrzewająca DCS 4351 (FAO 350); średnio dojrzewająca - DCS 4964 (FAO 380); średnio późna - DCS 5141 (FAO 430)) uprawiana w północnej części regionu mikołajowskiego do nawożenia dolistnego kompleksem mikronawozów Quantum (w tym Quantum Silicon).Quantum Silver w dawce 2,0 l/ha + Quantum AminoMax w dawce 0,5 l/ha + Quantum BOR ACTIVE w dawce 0,5 l/ha) w fazie 6-8 liści (VVSN 16-19). Zgodnie z wynikami naszych badań w latach 2022-2023 średnio stwierdzono, że stosowanie mikroelementów zwiększyło wysokość roślin (o 15,7-18,9 cm) i zwiększyło przyczepność główek kapusty (o 8,5-11,1 cm), a także zwiększyło plon badanych mieszańców: DN Pyvykha o 0,46 t/ha, NK TELIAS o 0,35 t/ha, DKS 4351 o 0,41 t/ha, DKS 4964 o 0,39 t/ha i DKS 5141 odpowiednio o 0,52 t/ha.

В данной статье исследуется и предоставляется сравнительный анализ эффективности двух распространенных и доступных коммерческих пробиотических биопрепаратов при выращивании молодняка птиц с целью повышения мясной продукции. В работе проведен анализ жизнеспособности бактерий, содержащихся в данных пробиотиках, а также определено оптимальное количество их внесения в состав комбикорма. Методика исследования включала оценку роста и развития молодняка птиц при использовании различных пробиотиков, а также статистический анализ полученных данных. Результаты исследования указывают на значительное влияние выбора пробиотика на рост и развитие молодняка птиц, а также подтверждают важность правильного дозирования и внесения пробиотиков в комбикорм для достижения оптимальных результатов. Полученные данные могут быть полезны для сельскохозяйственных предприятий и птицеводов, стремящихся улучшить производство мясной продукции.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 21st CENTURY SKILLS BY ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS

The way people work and live in the 21st century has undergone a significant change as a result of the globalization of society, the expansion of technology in all spheres of life, and scientific advancements. As a result of this shift, higher-level abilities are required in the 21st century in contrast to the 20th century, when success in daily life and the 3Rs (reading, writing, and math) were prerequisites. This study aims to find out how much 21st century abilities are utilized by secondary school English language teachers. To meet the goals, a quantitative research design was used. During the academic year 2022–2023, the data were digitally gathered using the 21st Century Teaching and Learning Scale.46 English language teachers from schools participated in the study. The study's findings were examined with the use of SPSS 22.0. The study's findings showed that teachers incorporate 21st century skills into their lesson plans about once or three times each month, with some abilities being covered more frequently than others.

Свободное владение английским языком открывает путь к более глубокому взаимопониманию между странами, академическим достижениям, профессиональному успеху и более глубокому пониманию разнообразия человеческой мысли [2, 3]. Овладение новым языком может стать интерактивным, увлекательным и приятным опытом обучения в школе, если учителя уделяют особое внимание развитию культурной инициативы и саморегуляции учащихся, а также уважают культуру, заложенную в языке [4]. Изучение второго языка может способствовать развитию мозга, карьерному росту и социальной активности [5].

Хотя важность изучения английского языка неоспорима, процесс изучения нового языка может быть сложным. Были разработаны различные методики и подходы, способствующие эффективному и результативному изучению языка.

В данной статье обосновывается методические аспекты повышения исследовательской активности преподавателей высших учебных заведений на основе интеграции в свою практику неформальных форм исследований как Action Research. Currently, the development of knowledge, skills, and business abilities of students is one of the main problems of the education system. One of the possible ways to solve this problem is practice-oriented training system. Field research is considered the basis of practice-oriented teaching system. By carrying out field work, students have the opportunity to understand the relationship between human activity and the physical environment. However, we cannot say that almost all field research is conducted in the geography class today. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to show the importance of using field research methods in increasing the cognitive activity of students in the geography class.

This research methodology allows comparison of information obtained from textbooks and information on the ground. It helps students to get local examples directly in the field, not limited to the theory in the textbooks. It can show the features of geographical objects, phenomena and processes graphically: diagram, profile, graph. Fieldwork also develops students' geographic skills, such as observation, writing, sampling, mapping, and drawing, among others.

Cryogenic preservation has completely transformed the field of biophysics by offering a way to prolong the lifespan of cells and tissues beyond conventional boundaries. This article delves into the principles behind cryopreservation methods, explaining how biophysical processes interact with reactions to extreme cold temperatures. Starting with an examination of agents and how they work, we explore the process of ice formation and its impact on cell structures. Additionally, we look at how vitrification can prevent ice-related damage and maintain cell integrity. Moving beyond the lab setting, we discuss how cryopreservation techniques are applied in fields such as organ transplants, regenerative medicine, and biobanking. Despite advancements, cryopreservation encounters obstacles like scalability issues, reproducibility concerns, and maintaining sample stability over time. By identifying limitations and exploring paths forward, this article intends to evaluate the potential of cryogenic conservation in advancing biomedical research and clinical therapies.

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) stands as one of the most widely employed pigments today. Globally, approximately 4 million tons of this pigment are manufactured each year, constituting 70% of total pigment production [1]. Development and practical application of chemical analysis methods in our time is one of the pressing problems in all areas of science. Nitrogen groups contained in dibenzo-diazacrown ethers with a complexing agent permanent donor-acceptor, creates a covalent bond with OH- groups. high level of ionic protection Due to their selectivity and sensitivity to Me+ ions, dibenzo-diazacrown ethers as organic ligands widely used in analytical chemical practice. In our research work, by blocking bisphenols with a trans conformation, 1,4-dibromobutene-2 disubstituted macrocyclic dibenzo-diazocrown ethers (Schiff bases) and their chemical composition. their significance was studied by chemical analysis. Purity of the resulting macrocyclic Schiff bases studied by chromatographic methods of analysis, and their structure was confirmed on the basis of IR and NMR spectra, action spectra were studied.

These crown ethers are subjected to gas-liquid chromatography of chlorinated hydrocarbons (allyl chloride) and were tested in the form of a stationary liquid phase by GLC chromatography, the composition was determined micrograms of chlorinated hydrocarbons. The study shows that there are different ways and processes that can distort existing information and interpret it for personal and political purposes of both states. В статье представлена авторская разработка классификационной системы, включающая систематизированные параметры трех категорий: 1) виды деконструкции; 2) формообразующие принципы деконструкции; 3) композиционно-стилевые приемы деконструкции. По признаку направленности формообразующих процессов осуществлена классификация видов деконструкции, в ходе которой обозначены: эстетическая и тектоническая деконструкция, морфологическая деконструкция, ресайклинг, гендерная, архетипическая и средовая деконструкция. Определены механизмы преломления философско-эстетических принципов и новаторских приемов художественной практики постмодернизма сквозь призму специфики художественного проектирования костюма. Выявленные композиционно-стилевые приемы деконструкции классифицированы по следующим типам: 1) композиционные; 2) конструктивные; 3) технологические. Классификация полученных в результате структурного анализа параметров позволила сформировать научно-обоснованную методологическую базу для внедрения в учебный процесс.

В 21 веке большинство людей учится не ради процесса или теоретического знания. Они стремятся освоить конкретные навыки, при этом набор необходимых умений все время увеличивается. Остановиться в развитии нельзя. Каждый день требует совершенствования своих компетенций. Люди учатся постоянно, встраиваются в систему интеракций и не мыслят себя вне коммуникации.

На данный момент существует, как минимум, три компетенции, которые позволят быть конкурентоспособными в будущем. Первая – это системность мышления. Второе – это умение делать «под ключ», решать проблему целиком, строить логистическую цепочку и так далее. И третье – это адаптивность, готовность к изменениям. Все указанные компетенции наиболее востребованы при подготовке бортпроводников бизнес-авиации. Но школ обучения или специальных курсов для указанной категории специалистов в Казахстане в сегменте бизнес-авиации на данный момент не имеется. При этом несмотря на то, что бизнес-авиация еще не нашла своего формального отражения в казахстанском законодательстве как отрасль гражданской авиации, в реальной жизни она представляет собой сложившуюся категорию с ярко выраженными отличительными признаками и уже сформировавшимися потребностями, в частности, в профессиональном персонале. Требования, которые предъявляются к бортпроводникам бизнес-авиации сильно отличаются от тех, которые предъявляются к их коллегам из гражданской авиации. Стюардесса или стюард на частном самолете должны в первую очередь уметь мыслить вне шаблонов, творчески и профессионально подходить к работе: знать, как обеспечить клиенту максимально комфортный и приятный полет, уметь предугадать его потребности и легко уладить все возникающие проблемы. Поэтому компании бизнес-авиации тщательно отбирают кандидатов на эту работу, уделяя пристальное внимание опыту претендента в гражданской авиации, имеющиеся у него профессиональные навыки и, что не менее важно, личностные качества.

The objective of this paper is to delve into a thorough examination of the dynamics governing the interaction between Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and International Trade within the context of the European Union's New Member States-11 (EU-NMS 11). The research provides a comprehensive empirical evaluation for the period spanning from 2000 to 2020, with a particular focus on these eleven nations. The study establishes a set of hypotheses as the foundation for investigating the relationship between foreign direct investment and international trade within this specific region.

Moreover, the research interprets the empirical findings derived from various regression models, including Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), Fixed Effects, Random Effects, and the Hausman-Taylor model. These analytical tools are employed to assess and elucidate the multifaceted associations between FDI and International Trade within the context of EU-NMS 11.

Furthermore, the study takes into account specific institutional factors within these countries that influence foreign investors' decisions to invest in a particular location. As a result, the study reveals that gravity factors, combined with institutional determinants such as economic integration, control of corruption, political stability, and other indicators of governance quality, have a significant impact on host countries within the EU-NMS 11. The findings from this research significantly contribute to the development of an analytical framework for evaluating the effectiveness of national policies and institutions aimed at attracting foreign investment to these specific EU-NMS 11 countries. Additionally, the research underscores the importance of host countries prioritizing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of governmental institutions, combat corruption, streamline bureaucratic processes, and improve overall economic conditions to foster foreign investment.
