Abstract

The formation of a legal culture is one of the key aspects of the stable development of modern society.

A high level of legal culture contributes to strengthening the rule of law, increasing the level of legal awareness of citizens and the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies.

In the context of globalization and digitalization, issues of legal culture are becoming particularly relevant, as they require the adaptation of legal norms to new challenges and changes in society.

In addition, legal culture plays an important role in shaping civic identity and ensuring social stability. It promotes the development of legal self-awareness, responsibility to society and willingness to comply with established norms.. At a time when international relations are becoming closer and closer, and traditional legal systems are undergoing changes, it is necessary to take into account not only national peculiarities of legal culture, but also global trends such as digitalization, the development of human rights and global initiatives to improve legal education.
