Abstract

Employee well-being is a crucial component that has a big impact on organisational culture, productivity, and retention. Traditional techniques for keeping an eye on employee morale are becoming less and less effective as remote and hybrid work environments become more common. This review examines the creation of an early tool that uses artificial intelligence to forecast the emotional states of workers. In order to evaluate emotions in real-time or nearly real-time situations, it focuses on combining machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing techniques. The difficulties in gathering data, moral dilemmas, and the significance of openness in AI-driven decision-making systems are also covered in the article. Establishing the groundwork for an ethical and practical emotional analytics tool that improves workplace wellbeing without jeopardising privacy is the aim.
