Abstract

The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of educational innovation within the structure of higher medical education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on a comprehensive analysis of scientific and pedagogical data covering the period from 2014 to 2022, the dynamics of innovation processes development in medical universities are explicated. The study examines the regularities of the transition from the stage of forming primary innovative responsiveness within the academic environment to the stage of diversification of interactive and simulation-based learning technologies. The dialectics of internal and external barriers arising during the modernization of higher medical schools are analyzed
