PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT IN LOCAL BUDGETS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The problem of growth of the regional economy and innovative development of Kazakhstan currently remains very topical. The regional structure of any national economy is heterogeneous. The large territory of the country, the uneven distribution of natural, labor and other resources contributed to the formation of a very complex regional structure of the economy. The most important factor of regional development nowadays is the introduction of innovation. Thus, the purpose of this article is to study the problems and prospects of innovationsrers development management in local budgets of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The object of the study is the process of innovation development management.
