Abstract

This literature review explores recent advancements in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, focusing on novel approaches and therapeutic interventions. The review summarizes current research findings on the efficacy of pharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatments for these mental health conditions. The integration of new technologies and complementary therapies in the management of depression and anxiety disorders is also discussed. The review emphasizes the importance of personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
