Legal issues in the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Abstract
It is obvious that since the Republic of Kazakhstan has become an independent and secular state, legislative norms and regulation are needed to control the state structure and public relations. In this regard, with the beginning of the work of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a number of norms are being implemented as the main regulatory norm. The main manifestation of the construction of the rule of law and civil society is the formation and functioning of the regulatory legal framework at the proper level. The first article of the country's сonstitution states: "The Republic of Kazakhstan will establish itself as a democratic, secular, legal and social state, the most valuable asset of which is a person and life, human rights and freedoms."
