Abstract

The pharmaceutical market is currently the most dynamically developing segment of the world market and seems to be especially important in terms of its social significance for providing the population with medicines. Therefore, the pricing process plays an important role in creating favorable conditions for the availability of medicines to the population. Many countries around the world regulate the prices of medicines in accordance with their political interests and, in accordance with them, enact legislation that regulates the pricing processes for medicines. State regulation of medicines prices is one of the components of the national medicines policy
