Abstract

Organizations operating in contemporary digital environments require sophisticated capabilities for synthesizing multi-dimensional performance data and translating insights into actionable intelligence. This paper presents a comprehensive framework integrating business performance indicators with interactive visualization systems for organizational decision support. Through systematic analysis of indicator taxonomy, visualization design principles, and implementation methodologies, this research establishes an integrated model enabling real-time organizational performance monitoring and evidence-based strategic decision-making. Empirical case studies demonstrate that organizations implementing comprehensive business intelligence systems achieve measurable improvements in decision velocity (40%), operational efficiency (18-25%), and regulatory compliance effectiveness (35%). The research contributes to business informatics and organizational performance management by providing both theoretical foundations and practical implementation guidance for integrated intelligence systems. Key findings demonstrate that technological implementation alone is insufficient; sustained success requires concurrent investments in data governance, organizational capability development, and analytical culture establishment. This research provides practitioners with structured frameworks, design principles, and implementation guidelines supporting effective business intelligence system deployments
