Abstract

The article analyzes the state policy implemented in the field of employment regulation in Azerbaijan, the main indicators of the labor market and existing problems. The study shows that in 2010-2024, the number of employed people increased, while the unemployment rate showed a decreasing trend. At the same time, informal employment, interregional differences and structural mismatches in the labor market still remain relevant problems
