Abstract

In Georgia, the ,,Law on Enforcement Proceeding’’ has undergone a fundamental reform, leading to a complete overhaul of the Georgian enforcement system. This report aims to provide a legal evaluation of the current regulations governing Georgian enforcement law. Additionally, it examines the practical challenges associated with coercive enforcement measures, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the regulatory norms. Furthermore, the report delves into the experiences of foreign countries with regard to coercive enforcement measures.

It is worth noting that the Georgian scientific doctrine provides very little information regarding the issues discussed in the paper. Therefore, we hope that the scientific analysis of the problem and the correct resolution of the raised issues will lead to necessary and significant changes
