Abstract

Currently, corpus linguistics is considered one of the widely researched fields.

First, we examined the meaning of the term corpus (corpus in English) in the lexical sense. The Oxford English dictionary defines the word corpus as following: “Corpus - a collection of written texts, especially all the works of a certain author or a collection of writings on a certain topic” [9].
