Aspects of Regulating the International Arbitration Process: A Case Study of Kazakhstan, a Post-Soviet Country
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of specific features characterizing the regulation of the international arbitration process in Post-Soviet Country. Special attention is paid to identifying the key features of the functioning of Kazakhstan International arbitration in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the study, these traits are compared with the manifestations of arbitration aspects in the judicial system of Biyes
Special emphasis is placed on identifying such traits in the Biy court. The article analyzes which aspects of international arbitration are reflected in the practice of Bies.
The research is aimed at a deeper understanding of the specifics of the regulation of international arbitration processes, as well as to identify the impact of Kazakhstani practices on the development of the arbitration system in the region, including judicial practice.
