Examples of practical implementation of ethical principles and CSR projects are provided both internationally and in Kazakhstan. The article also discusses the challenges faced by companies striving to balance profitability with their responsibility to society. It highlights the importance of ethics and social responsibility in shaping sustainable and socially oriented businesses
