This article aims to discuss effective methods for ensuring occupational safety and monitoring the health of medical personnel, including risk assessment and the implementation of preventive measures. The study is based on an analysis of the working environment of medical staff, encompassing physical, chemical, biological, and psychosocial factors. It examines existing practices and approaches aimed at improving the safety of work processes for medical personnel. The article highlights the importance of regular health monitoring and its impact on the well-being of employees.
