Abstract

This article aims to discuss effective methods for ensuring occupational safety and monitoring the health of medical personnel, including risk assessment and the implementation of preventive measures. The study is based on an analysis of the working environment of medical staff, encompassing physical, chemical, biological, and psychosocial factors. It examines existing practices and approaches aimed at improving the safety of work processes for medical personnel. The article highlights the importance of regular health monitoring and its impact on the well-being of employees. The conclusion provides recommendations for enhancing risk assessment systems and fostering a culture of occupational safety. The findings of this research are significant not only for the management of medical institutions but also for improving occupational safety policies nationwide
