Abstract

The legal profession is an essential part of the rule of law system, ensuring the protection of human rights and freedoms. In today's world, the work of lawyers in promoting human rights is particularly significant, as they serve as intermediaries between citizens and government institutions, guaranteeing fairness and legal protection throughout the legal process.

The importance of advocacy has been increasing in recent years, particularly in the context of democratic society. Lawyers play a crucial role in protecting the interests of citizens and contributing to the development of a strong legal culture. They provide qualified legal assistance and help to establish a culture of justice and rule of law.

Lawyers are essential in preventing judicial errors and abuse by law enforcement agencies. They act as a safeguard for procedural norms and ensure that everyone has a fair trial. Their independence and professional ethics help to balance the interests of the state with the rights of individuals, which strengthens confidence in the justice system.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of lawyers in ensuring human rights and freedoms, as well as to identify key areas of their activities and consider existing challenges and prospects for the future development of this profession in the context of modern legal regulations.
