Abstract

The article identifies the need for widespread use of various educational methods and techniques aimed at training legal personnel who are able to work with scientific literature, independently acquire knowledge, produce new, creative ideas and make decisions in various legal situations directly in the performance of professional duties. The issue of the so-called "research education", which involves the development of effective approaches to the organization of independent creative activity, is being updated.
