Abstract
Against the background of current challenges, the process of managing people in organizations has become complicated. Massive mental health problems have become commonplace for employees. Employees are characterized by emotional imbalance, depression, conflicts, mood swings, aggression, tension and excessive stress factors. To neutralize the situation, it is necessary to take care of them and make the right management decision.
In solving the problem, the qualification, experience and convenience of the manager are important, in addition, it is important for the manager to possess other skills characteristic of a leader, to have positive views and to think in a progressive way (Sumbadze., K. 2019).
In order for a manager to effectively manage employees, he must be a good leader and have high emotional intelligence. Due to its relevance, emotional intelligence is the subject of research in many disciplines, especially in psychology and social science, it is one of the prominent concepts (Vardarlıer, P. and Al, M. 2022).
