Legal aspects of the partnership agreement

Abstract

In the paper, when discussing the content of the partnership agreement, attention is paid to the essential conditions of the agreement as one of the main grounds for the emergence of rights and obligations between the participants in the partnership. The work also gives an important place to the contributions of participants to the common cause, defined as contributing items and intangible assets as necessary means of achieving a certain goal, subject to contribution to the partnership. In addition, the legal fate of property is discussed - in relation to ownership, use and disposal. The paper discusses the contract concluded in favor of third parties and some issues of exercising the rights arising from it
