Abstract

The rapid integration of technological advancements and innovative pedagogical methods is reshaping education globally. This paper examines the transformative potential of STEAM education, EdTech solutions, and personalized learning approaches, focusing on their implications for academic achievement and 21st-century skill development. Highlighting both global practices and Azerbaijan's experience, the study underscores how these approaches foster analytical thinking, creativity, and adaptability among students. Findings reveal that STEAM programs enhance problem-solving abilities, while EdTech platforms and blended learning environments ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and continuous engagement. This research contributes to understanding the strategic role of innovative educational practices in preparing learners for the demands of an evolving global workforce
