Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence has been rapidly developing in recent years and brings new opportunities also in the field of occupational therapy. The aim of this paper is to present the potential of artificial intelligence in the evaluation of occupational therapy intervention. Artificial intelligence enables more efficient processing of large amounts of data, objectification of assessment processes, and support for occupational therapists’ decision-making. The use of artificial intelligence may represent a significant supportive tool; however, it is not a replacement for occupational therapy assessment.
