Abstract

The paper deals with the epidemiological aspects and organizational issues of early diagnosis of cervical cancer, based on its secondary prevention using a population-based method of active detection of this pathology in clinically asymptomatic individuals - screening. A detailed algorithm is presented and the principles of organization and diagnostic capabilities of this method are reflected. It is shown that in order to achieve a highly effective result, strict adherence to the methodology of this type of screening is necessary
