Abstract

Effective communication is widely recognized as a fundamental component of successful project management, facilitating collaboration, decision-making, and problem resolution among project stakeholders. However, communication failures remain a common problem in the project environment, often leading to delays, cost overruns, and deterioration of the project results. This study examines the crucial role of communication in project management and explores how a lack of communication can negatively affect the effectiveness of a project. The purpose of this article is to clarify the crucial role of communication in project management, focusing on understanding how communication deficiencies negatively affect project success. Based on a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical data, the author emphasizes the critical importance of creating reliable communication systems within project management strategies to reduce risks and improve project outcomes.
