Abstract

Actual problems of different eras have always made people of science and art think and they have tried to shed light on the society by creating works in the way of doing work in this direction. As a result of the activity of writers in this field, new types, genres, currents, trends, etc., were created both in the field of art and in the field of science. formed. As a result of this activity, literature always remains alive. Based on the fact that literature and society are in harmony with each other, we can say that art has an aesthetic effect on life. Art works feed on the truths of life and influence events, causing people to change their way of thinking. Processes manifested in society include diversity, contradiction, sociality, sociality, etc. it is possible to analyze from different prisms. One of these problems is the criminal events occurring in the world, the investigation of these crimes, the implementation of the investigative process, the arrest of the criminal and the establishment of justice. The increase in criminal processes in the world has created the basis for the emergence of criminal topics in literature. This problem worried the writers of the time, and in order to prevent criminal incidents, they investigated the causes of conflicting points in the society and reflected them in their works. Detective works distracted them from current concerns and presented a model of order and stability (Wolsky, 2006).
