Abstract

This research article provides a comparative analysis of the mechanisms of legal regulation of civil and political rights protection in the countries of Central Asia. In the context of the evolution of the region's legal systems and their compliance with international standards, the author examines various aspects of legislation and implementation practices, including constitutional guarantees, human rights laws and mechanisms for their protection. The analysis reveals both general trends and specific features of each of the countries in the region, which contributes to understanding the current state of human rights in Central Asia and possible directions for improving legislation and its implementation.
