COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE CAFFEINE CONTENT IN DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF TEA

This article discusses the results of a school research project carried out by students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan. The project is dedicated to the comparative analysis of the caffeine content in various varieties of tea. The work investigated different types of tea to determine the level of caffeine contained in each of them. The study also conducted a comparison with other caffeinated beverages. The results of the project will help us to better understand how to choose tea depending on the desired level of invigorating effect and give recommendations to consumers considering their needs and preferences.
