Folk pedagogy is a set of experiences, thoughts, ideas, customs, traditions, rules and laws acquired empirically by the masses in the field of education under the influence of daily living conditions. The object of folk pedagogy is a person regardless of age and gender, and its subject is education; education is necessary for everyone: the young generation, the elderly, women and men need it; As in other fields, there should be no legal difference between men and women in education. There are aspects that distinguish folk pedagogy from academic pedagogy, but there are more aspects that bring them closer to each other. The general principles of folk pedagogy correspond to the general principles of modern scientific pedagogy. This once again proves the correctness, vitality, humanity of that science. Folk pedagogy is united with academic pedagogy in the main issues and goals, and it provides the most valuable material to once again prove the objective nature of the laws of science. Folk pedagogy is methodologically based on folk wisdom - folk philosophy; although this philosophy has a realistic and democratic character, it is freed from watchfulness and utopianism. The way of life of the working masses, experience in the field of education, customs and traditions, especially folklore materials and so on - all these are both valuable sources and means of folk pedagogy. Throughout history, experience in the field of education of the working masses has been collected, collected, enriched and disseminated mostly through the means of observation, sampling, interviewing and testing. In folk pedagogy, these ways and means continue their role even now and become scientific-research methods of academic pedagogy.
