The article is devoted to assessing the impact of information technology implementation on the management of medical organizations. It examines the theoretical foundations of healthcare digitalization and international and Kazakhstani experience. Using the example of a city polyclinic in the Republic of Kazakhstan, changes in management processes following the implementation of a medical information system are analyzed. Positive results are noted: increased management efficiency, improved quality of patient care, and a reduction in the number of errors. Current problems are highlighted and recommendations are made for the further development of digital infrastructure in medical institutions.
