Abstract

In the context of the digital transformation of the economy and the active development of intelligent technologies, artificial intelligence is becoming one of the key factors influencing management practice, including in the field of human resource management.

Modern organizations face the need to make managerial decisions in conditions of uncertainty, the dynamism of the labor market and the aging of the workforce, requiring qualified specialists.

An approach to personnel management based on formalized processes and secondary factors ensures sufficient efficiency. However, the transition to intelligent management based on artificial intelligence technologies is becoming increasingly relevant.

The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that the use of artificial intelligence in the field of personnel management makes it possible to automate key functions of personnel management, such as recruitment and consulting of employees, forecasting staff turnover, personalization of training and development of professional skills. Machine learning algorithms and analytical systems ensure the validity of management decisions, reduce the risks of errors and subjectivity, and contribute to more efficient use of human capital as an organization's management resource. In the digital economy, intelligent management is becoming a prerequisite for reducing organizational risks.
