Government policy in the field of regulation of various forms of emigration from Kazakhstan
Abstract
Currently, the main stake in the economic development of the national economy increasingly belongs to human capital, as opposed to the country's natural resources. Human capital is becoming so important that every country wants to receive qualified labor resources not only from its own country, but also from other countries. In this regard, people try to improve their level of education and professionalism, not always only in their own country, but resort to educational institutions in other countries. This creates educational migration. Our country is no exception in this regard, and the migration of young people to other countries in order to obtain higher education abroad takes place. On the other hand, migrants face various problems when studying in another country, such as language, adaptation, etc. As a result, the Governments of Central Asian countries should work to support links with educational migrants. Alumni networks can be used for this, for example, as is the case in almost all foreign universities. It is necessary that highly qualified specialists and students do not lose touch with their homeland and have the opportunity to help the country, if not directly, then indirectly.
