Various factors shape distinct civilizations. These factors are numerous and possess diverse characteristics. In this context, the development of education and the educational system – which plays a crucial role in societal progress – is of great interest. Education, being both a leading and a conservative component of culture, is evaluated based on qualitative indicators alongside quantitative ones. Therefore, it is no coincidence that education is viewed as a repository of values – such as knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities – accumulated over millennia. A primary objective of the educational process, particularly in pedagogical universities, is to train the professionals who will educate future generations. Through this process, students acquire new knowledge and develop into qualified specialists across various fields. To this end, they learn to apply the knowledge they have acquired through a pedagogical internship. This internship consists of three months at the university and one month at a school. Unlike in previous years, the core requirements and documentation procedures for the internship have been revised, time – consuming inefficiencies eliminated, school placement rules relaxed, and the final defense requirement abolished.
