Abstract

 

With the development of communication management, it became an independent type of professional activity, the purpose of which is the formation and effective development of all types of capital of the organization. There are special communication technologies, methods, tools, mechanisms. At the stage of development of organizations, teamwork plays a special role in achieving the set goal. At the same time, communications act as a determining condition for the formation of a group and its life activities. Many companies develop different from traditional methods of communication to improve the efficiency of a division or the company as a whole. In this paragraph, we will consider the most interesting and non-standard communication technologies that contribute to the success of certain organizations.
