Abstract

Modern companies operate in conditions of high competition, global transformations and rapid renewal of professional competencies, which leads to innovative business management[1]. In terms of training and advanced training, staff not only develops professional skills, but also helps to increase the trust, motivation and greater commitment of the organization's employees. The relevance of this study is due to the fact that investments in personnel development directly affect the reduction of turnover, increase productivity and ensure a sustainable corporate culture, which is especially important for companies seeking to retain talent and increase their competitiveness.

The purpose of the study is to determine how employee training and professional development affect the level of their commitment to the organization and which mechanisms provide the most tangible impact on this process.
