Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, globalization and the increasing complexity of socio-economic processes, there is an increasing need for highly qualified managers who are able to effectively make managerial decisions, adapt to changes in the external environment and ensure the stable development of organizations.
Modern labor market requirements go beyond traditional managerial skills and require managers to have strategic thinking, leadership skills, analytical abilities and a desire for continuous professional growth. In this regard, the study of the essence, models and mechanisms of professional training of managers becomes especially relevant, since it is necessary to rethink existing approaches to training managerial personnel in the context of the transformation of education and management systems. In the context of the digital economy and the interdisciplinary of management activities. In today's world, where digital technologies are becoming an integral part of life, and management activities are becoming more interdisciplinary, traditional approaches to professional training of managers can no longer fully meet the needs of the labor market. There is a growing demand for specialists with practical skills and knowledge that enable them to work effectively in the digital economy.
