Abstract

This article examines the pedagogical and methodological effectiveness of using visual cognitive tools in English language teaching. Modern education focuses not only on language competence but also on developing cognitive abilities such as perception, analysis, critical thinking, and long-term memory retention. Visual tools such as infographics, mind maps, diagrams, video materials, and digital platforms contribute to better understanding, structured knowledge organization, and improved memory retention. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical implementation of visualization in language teaching and demonstrates its positive impact on students’ motivation and communicative competence.
