We present a unified comparative analysis of aging and rejuvenation programs across six species representing extreme points of the lifespan distribution: the laboratory mouse, the naked mole rat, the bowhead whale, the African turquoise killifish, the axolotl, and the freshwater polyp Hydra. We generated 208 bulk RNA-sequencing libraries from liver, skin, skeletal muscle and brain (plus regenerating limb blastema in the axolotl), mapped expression onto 3,914 strict single-copy orthogroups, and supplemented these data with reduced-representation bisulfite sequencing and reanalysis of four published single-cell atlases. Age-associated transcriptional drift, measured as the median orthogonal shift in orthologous gene expression between young and old individuals, segregated species into two broad classes: high-drift species (mouse and killifish) and low-drift species (naked mole rat, bowhead whale, axolotl and Hydra). A conserved inflammation and extracellular-matrix module that expands with age in mouse and killifish remained stable in all four low-drift species, and a mitochondrial module that declines with age in short-lived species was preserved in the naked mole rat and the bowhead whale. Reanalysis of an inducible reprogramming study showed that 64.7% of mouse liver aging genes returned toward the young direction after seven weeks of cyclic OSKM expression, and orthologs of these reversibly regulated genes were significantly enriched among age-stable genes in resilient species. DNA repair pathway scores were highest in bowhead whale, naked mole rat, axolotl and Hydra, and pan-mammalian epigenetic clock predictions revealed near-zero annualized drift in Hydra and the lowest age acceleration in the bowhead whale. Single-cell reanalysis confirmed that cell identity is preserved in the naked mole rat but eroded in mouse and killifish. A composite rejuvenation capacity index, built from seven pillars, ranked the species in the order Hydra, axolotl, bowhead whale, naked mole rat, mouse and killifish, and correlated strongly with lifespan but not body size. We conclude that rejuvenation capacity is a modular, evolutionarily conserved property of genomes that is partially independent of lifespan, and that the targets of experimentally induced rejuvenation overlap with the constitutively stable programs of resilient species.
David Aphkhazava, Maia Nozadze, Mzia Tsiklauri, Manana Makharadze, Maia Berodze, Nodar Sulashvili, Giorgi Margvelani, Anushka Rohidas Temgire, Arfan Imtiaz Abdul Samad, Tharushi Anargali Silva, Oluwadamilola Pentho Nudegbesi, Muskan Khan, Vedant Anilkumar Malekar, Aayushi Thakur, Janhavi Deepak Doshi, Nino Maziashvili, Lolita Shengelia, George Maglakelidze, Ilia Atanelishvili Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9247 Sun, 06 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0000 MİLLİ VƏ BEYNƏLXALQ TƏHSİL STANDARTLARININ MÜƏLLİM HAZIRLIĞINA TƏSİRİ https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9236
Dünyada təhsilin keyfiyyətinin yüksəldilməsi və insan kapitalının inkişafı dövlətlərin prioritet istiqamətlərindən birinə çevrilmişdir. Its main characteristic is a worldview which is different from men’s. In prose written by women, the author pays more attention to family values, the contrast between childhood and adulthood, and concepts of home, love, and fidelity. The personal lives of the characters, rather than their social activism, are emphasized. Contemporary women's prose is far from the simmering political passions, social controversies, and disputes. It is characterized by profound psychological insight. Books by female writers are always a fascinating journey through the unknown realm of the soul.

Contemporary women's prose is a prose about life. In contemporary women's prose, the plot is based on everyday stories that can happen to absolutely anyone. The distinctive features of women's prose lie not in overcoming the described situation, but in the lessons that the characters learn from it. Together with them, the reader also comes to conclusions and becomes involved into the action. Therefore, women's prose is often classified as everyday life works with philosophical digressions.

Михайленко Карина Алексеевна, Андиржанова Гульнар Абылхаировна Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9248 Sun, 06 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0000 TRADITIONAL “NEW VOICE”: Q-POP IN THE CULTURAL DYNAMICS OF CONTEMPORARY KAZAKHSTAN https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9249
This article analyzes the phenomenon of Q-POP in the context of cultural dynamics in contemporary Kazakhstan and the processes of post-Soviet nation-building. By the 1520s, and especially the 1530s, Lutheranism had spread to the Scandinavian countries and, to some extent, to England, France, Poland, and Hungary. Lutheranism exerted an even greater influence on Switzerland, Germany`s southern neighbor. Here, a new system of Protestantism was developed, and a new church organization based on Reformation principles was established. The loose and ill – defined nature of the Swiss Confederation turned the state into a political pawn in the hands of major powers; the King of France, the Holy Roman Emperor, and the Pope all employed Swiss peasants as mercenary soldiers. Conditions were becoming ripe for the onset of the Reformation movement in Switzerland. In this process, the activities of Huldrych Zwingli and John Calvin deserve special mention. The Reformation that triumphed in Switzerland was not confined to the country`s borders; it fostered an environment conducive to the emergence of qualitatively new, Europe – wide developments of a global nature. In this context, the formation of the Westphalian system – which formalized the creation of the new, independent Swiss state on the European stage – is of particular interest.
MEHDIYEVA AYTEN ALI Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9246 Sun, 06 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0000 THE SCIENTIFIC DISCOURSE ON REDEFINING AND ENHANCING HIGHER MEDICAL PHARMACOLOGY EDUCATION FOR MEDICAL DOCTOR (MD) STUDENTS IN UNIVERSITIES: A COMPREHENSIVE EVIDENCE-BASED CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK INTEGRATING PHARMACOLOGY, PHARMACOTHERAPY AND CLINICAL PHARMAC https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9237
Medical pharmacology education constitutes a foundational component of undergraduate medical education because it establishes the scientific and clinical knowledge required for rational, safe, effective, and patient-centered pharmacotherapy. Nevertheless, conventional approaches to teaching pharmacology at universities frequently remain dominated by content-intensive lectures, fragmented memorization of drug classifications, isolated mechanisms of action, and assessment strategies that inadequately evaluate students’ capacity to apply pharmacological knowledge to complex clinical decisions. The increasing complexity of therapeutic regimens, expansion of precision medicine, rapid development of novel pharmacological agents, growing concerns regarding medication-related harm, antimicrobial resistance, polypharmacy, pharmacogenomics, and the increasing availability of biomedical evidence necessitate a fundamental reconsideration of how medical pharmacology is taught and learned by Doctor of Medicine (MD) students. This conceptual paper develops a comprehensive evidence-based educational framework for redefining and enhancing medical pharmacology education through the systematic integration of medical pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, and clinical pharmacology with competency-based, innovative, clinically relevant, and evidence-informed teaching and learning strategies. The proposed framework conceptualizes pharmacology education not as the acquisition of isolated factual knowledge but as a longitudinal process through which students progressively develop integrated scientific reasoning, therapeutic decision-making, prescribing competence, clinical judgment, medication-safety awareness, and professional responsibility. Particular emphasis is placed on connecting pharmacological principles with pathophysiology, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic objectives, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, adverse drug reactions, drug–drug and drug–disease interactions, contraindications, monitoring requirements, pharmacogenetic considerations, and patient-specific factors. Within this model, Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) serves as a central educational component, enabling students to formulate clinically relevant questions, identify and critically appraise biomedical literature, evaluate the validity and applicability of evidence, integrate research findings with clinical expertise, and incorporate patient values and preferences into pharmacotherapeutic decision-making. The framework further proposes the integration of active and student-centered educational methodologies, including problem-based learning, case-based learning, team-based learning, simulation-based education, clinical prescribing exercises, structured therapeutic reasoning, flipped classrooms, interactive seminars, digital learning environments, virtual patients, formative assessment, peer learning, and reflective practice. These strategies can transform pharmacology classrooms from predominantly teacher-directed environments into intellectually interactive settings in which students repeatedly apply pharmacological concepts to authentic or simulated clinical problems. Particular attention is directed toward competency-based education, whereby learning outcomes are explicitly linked to observable competencies in medication selection, dose individualization, prescription writing, therapeutic monitoring, adverse-event recognition, risk–benefit assessment, communication, and evidence appraisal. An important dimension of the proposed model is vertical and horizontal curricular integration. Vertical integration connects foundational pharmacological sciences with progressively advanced clinical applications across the MD curriculum, while horizontal integration establishes meaningful relationships between pharmacology and physiology, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, immunology, internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, psychiatry, and other clinical disciplines. Such integration may reduce curricular fragmentation and reinforce the relevance of pharmacological knowledge throughout medical training. Furthermore, the framework emphasizes the incorporation of pharmacovigilance, antimicrobial stewardship, rational prescribing, medication reconciliation, deprescribing principles, individualized therapy, and patient-safety competencies as essential components of contemporary pharmacology education. The conceptual model also recognizes the importance of educational technologies and data-informed pedagogical innovation. Digital resources, electronic prescribing environments, clinical decision-support simulations, adaptive learning platforms, virtual clinical cases, interactive pharmacology databases, and structured EBM exercises can facilitate personalized learning and provide opportunities for repeated practice and immediate feedback. Assessment should consequently evolve beyond conventional recall-based examinations toward multimodal evaluation incorporating clinical vignettes, prescription-writing tasks, objective structured clinical examinations, case analyses, critical appraisal exercises, oral reasoning assessments, portfolios, and longitudinal competency assessment. The proposed framework positions medical pharmacology education as an integrated, clinically oriented, evidence-informed, and competency-driven component of MD education. Its principal objective is to produce future physicians who can move beyond memorizing pharmacological facts toward scientifically justified therapeutic reasoning and responsible medication management. By systematically integrating pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, clinical pharmacology, EBM, innovative pedagogy, patient safety, and competency-based assessment, universities can strengthen the educational foundations of rational prescribing and improve graduates’ preparedness for contemporary clinical practice. The framework provides a conceptual basis for curricular reform, faculty development, educational research, and institutional quality improvement, while also highlighting the need for empirical evaluation of its effectiveness across diverse medical education settings.
Nodar Sulashvili, Margarita Beglaryan, Diego Rada Fernandez de Jauregui, Maka Buleishvili, Mariam Darbaidze, Nana Gorgaslidze, Nato Alavidze, Irina Imerlishvili, Naira Chichoyan, Marika Sulashvili, Marina Giorgobiani, Ada (Adel) Tadevosyan, Igor Seniuk, Vira Kravchenko, Magda Davitashvili, Olga Shapoval, Natia Kvizhinadze, Nino Abuladze, Rajkaran Singh, David Aphkhazava Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9237 Sun, 06 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Synergistic Effects of AI Pilot Zones and Climate Governance on Urban Green Transformation: Evidence for Sustainable Urban Development https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9235
This study is a dedicated empirical investigation of the impacts of Artificial Intelligence Pilot Zones on sustainable urban development, focusing on the ecological and technological dimensions. Coordinate the promotion of digital technology empowerment and climate adaptation to advance the green economic decarbonisation of developing countries. Although previous studies have focused on digital pilots and environmental regulations separately, the spatial synergy and micro-level transmission mechanisms of technological instruments under institutional constraints have not been explored. Leveraging the spatial overlap between the National Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Development Pilot Zones and Climate-Adaptive City Pilots as a quasi-natural experiment, this paper uses a balanced panel dataset of 285 Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2000 to 2022. Based on Porter's hypothesis and the theory of technology-institution complementarity, we construct a Constraint Instrument theoretical framework and apply multi-period interaction difference-in-differences (DID), Callaway and Sant'Anna (2021) heterogeneity-robust estimators, and partially linear double machine learning (DML) to identify policy synergy. The empirical results show that policy synergy significantly reduces the intensity of urban industrial SO2 emissions and energy-intensity per unit of GDP, with an interaction coefficient of -0.0542 (p < 0.05), indicating a complementary "1 + 1 > 2" decarbonisation dividend. The dynamic parallel trend assumption is verified over an extended pre-treatment window (τ = -5 to +3) using a joint Wald test (p = 0.702) anchored on joint policy rollout, and anticipation effects have been ruled out. The results are consistent after controlling for the concurrent policies (Low-Carbon Cities, Smart Cities, Sponge Cities), meteorological factors (temperature and precipitation), and 500 Monte Carlo placebo runs. Disentangled mechanism analysis shows that green invention patenting (accounting for 28.6% of SO2 reduction) and energy-saving improvements (accounting for 34.3%) are the main transmission paths, while green digital process innovation and industrial rationalisation drive energy-intensity reduction. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the synergistic dividend is significantly higher in old industrial cities (-0.0782), and high computing-density hubs show a slight, statistically non-significant decrease, indicating a computing-energy rebound effect. The above results provide empirical support and a transferable model for the development of a coordinated digital transformation and climate adaptation strategy in China. From the dual perspectives of technological innovation and ecological emission abatement, this study provides granular empirical evidence for the role of AI pilot zones in driving sustainable urban development.
Kang Huiming Copyright (c) 2026 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9235 Sun, 06 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0000 INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT FOR SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREAS https://ojs.publisher.agency/index.php/RMS/article/view/9243

Rural spatial development is a complex process of change affecting the socioeconomic, demographic, infrastructural, and environmental parameters of rural areas, influenced by both internal and external factors.
