Abstract

The article serves to the development of research in the field of neuro-linguistic programming and establishes a connection between linguistic stereotypes formation and the use of neuro-linguistic programming tactics to identify problems that affect human misunderstandings and the formation of related stereotypical reactions.

The linguistic interest in NLP is dictated by the anthropocentric turn in linguistics, which switches the researchers’ interest from structural linguistics to human manifestation in language. The author analyzes the application of linguistic techniques of neuro-linguistic programming used to manipulate human consciousness during the process of linguistic stereotypes formation.
