Abstract

Process automation is often considered a component of intelligent systems by companies involved in intelligent buildings. It is important to consider the many factors that characterize a smart building. This study aims to identify issues, elements, and standards in the construction and management of a modern building, as well as the level of intelligence. Because of its popularity, the term "smart building" has been picked up by systems integrators and the media. An intelligent building requires at least one building management system. To capture information from controlled technical systems, there must be at least 15,000 data points. The expert suggests that building systems be integrated into this information network. Kazakhstan does not have 15,000 data points, but they are considered intelligent if they manage 2000-3001 points. Kazakhstan also has IP, which is not complete but does meet some U.S. criteria. Highvill Astana (Block F), for example, integrates a card access system with fingerprint scanning technology into a digital lock. The term "smart building" was first used in the early 1980s to describe a system that must detect and respond to certain events that may occur in a building. IB enables the creation and configuration of embedded systems such as office services, local computer networks, and complex technical security measures. Do-it-yourself smart homes have several benefits, including security, energy savings, and improved home aesthetics. Home automation allows you to provide comfort while ensuring the safety of your home. With the help of specialists, it is possible to equip homes with a high-quality and reliable technical infrastructure management system. Experts have studied smart TVs, cameras, thermostats, remote-controlled outlets, lawn sprinklers, door locks and door latches. Research has shown that they are vulnerable to hackers. Most of them do not require passwords that are sufficiently long and difficult. Many devices do not encrypt the data they transmit.
