Abstract

Budgeting is an essential tool in corporate management, and a well-designed budgeting framework can enhance the quality of corporate budget management, leading to the achievement of corporate objectives. This paper, considering the issues that enterprises are concerned with, analyzes the characteristics that a valuable corporate budget management framework should possess and provides recommendations for constructing such a framework
