This article explores various collaborative learning techniques and their impact on classroom teaching. Collaborative learning differ from traditional teaching approach because students work and collaborate together rather than compete with each other individually. Collaborative learning can take place any time students work together, for example, when they help each other with homework. A collaborative learning environment can increase your students’ productivity and education. Students also learn essential communication skills and work ethic. These skills are crucial to future success in the workplace and will provide a foundation to help students succeed in academics and their careers
