Abstract

The article proposes a quality management system for medical care in the Republic of Kazakhstan. And also examines the role of the patient support service and internal expertise. The review substantiates the importance of the importance of the patient support service and internal expertise and it’s impact on improving the quality of healthcare. The effectiveness of it’s functioning, and identifies areas for improving the work of this service.
