Keywords:

The relationship between language and cultural identity can be analyzed in historical, social, and psychological dimensions. Therefore, this connection can be understood by various scientific disciplines, such as linguistics, anthropology, psychology, and sociology. The nation's historical experiences and cultural achievements are encapsulated within its language. The cognitive realm of a nation is intricately intertwined with the breadth of meaning contained within the lexical units of its language and the modes of expression it offers. A word transcends mere labeling of objects and events; it embodies the collective perspective of a specific linguistic community. The relationship between language and cultural identity, exemplified by cultural values verbalized in the Georgian language, underscores the complex interplay between linguistic features, cultural practices, and social dynamics. By examining this relationship through historical, social, and psychological lenses, we gain insight into how language shapes, reflects and sustains cultural identity in diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
