Abstract

Thisarticleexamines the results of a schoolresearchprojectcarried out by students of the NazarbayevIntellectualSchool in Petropavlovsk,Kazakhstan. The project is dedicated to studying the effects of chemicalcompositions of antiperspirantsanddeodorantsonhumanhealthand the environment. The mainpurpose of the workwas to identifypotentiallyharmfulcomponentsinpopularhygieneproductsand to develop a safealternativeathome.Thestudyanalyzed the composition of antiperspirantsanddeodorants of well-knownbrands.In the process, a naturalhomemadedeodorantwascreated.Thisdeodorantcontainsonlysafeingredientsand has noharmfuleffectson the skinand the environment. The dataobtainedcanbeusefulforfurtherresearchin the field of creatingnaturalhygiene products.
