ADVANCED NANOMATERIALS FOR NEXT-GENERATION ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSORS
Keywords:
electrochemical sensor, electrode materials, nanocomposites, graphene, MXeneAbstract
This article discusses modern approaches to the development of advanced electrode materials for next-generation electrochemical sensors. Particular attention is paid to nanostructured carbon materials, hybrid composites based on graphene, carbon nanotubes, MXene, and metal–organic frameworks, as well as their prospects for application in environmental monitoring and pollutant detection. Methods of electrode surface modification, mechanisms of electrochemical detection, and possibilities for lowering detection limits using new functionalized nanomaterials are reviewed
