Abstract

The operational and efficient management of the supply chain is of significant importance from both scientific and practical perspectives, as it enhances the competitiveness of enterprises, ensures the efficient use of resources, and optimizes logistics processes. In the modern era, the dynamic nature of global markets, demand uncertainty, and the rapid development of digital technologies have made it essential to manage supply chains in a more flexible and efficient manner. In this context, the application of logistics-based management approaches plays a crucial role in the strategic activities of enterprises. The main objective of this study is to examine the theoretical foundations of operational and efficient supply chain management and to systematically analyze the opportunities for optimizing these processes through logistics approaches. The research employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including the analysis of scientific literature and evaluation based on statistical data. The findings indicate that the proper implementation of logistics planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and transportation optimization contributes to reducing operational costs, improving service levels, and increasing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the integration of information technologies into supply chain processes enables more flexible and accurate decision-making. The study concludes that effective supply chain management allows enterprises to respond more rapidly to market changes, minimize risks, and ensure sustainable development. Therefore, it is recommended that enterprises integrate modern technologies into their logistics strategies, improve planning and forecasting processes, and adopt innovative management approaches. These practices serve as key factors in achieving competitive advantage and ensuring long-term growth in a rapidly evolving business environment.
