The digital transformation of the economy is one of the key factors influencing the competitiveness of countries and the formation of a favorable business environment. In the context of global competition, the introduction of digital technologies contributes to improving the efficiency of interaction between the economy, business and investors, as well as reducing barriers to entrepreneurial activity.
The purpose of this study is to analyze government initiatives to develop the business environment and increase the investment attractiveness of Kazakhstan. The work uses methods of analyzing scientific literature, documents and case studies that allow a comprehensive approach to the digitalization of the economy and evaluate the practical results of the introduction of digital tools in Kazakhstan. Special attention is paid to government development programs, electronic government services, digital platforms for entrepreneurs and initiatives to support startups.
The results of the study demonstrate that digitalization has had a significant impact on improving business conditions in the country. The introduction of digital technologies and the development of electronic public services contribute to reducing the time needed to review documents, increase transparency in government processes, and reduce bureaucratic barriers.
The results of the study confirm the need to increase the investment attractiveness of Kazakhstan and develop an innovative economy. The research contributes to the development of theoretical and practical approaches to the study of digital transformations in the economy and can be used in the development of strategies for the development and support of entrepreneurship
