Abstract

This article discusses the production technology of winter concrete. The properties of winterized concrete depend accordingly on the environment. The influence of negative ambient temperatures on monolithic concrete strongly depends on the massiveness of the structure.

The article also provides a comparative analysis of winter concreting methods. Methods for predicting the strength of monolithic concrete by the time of freezing. The processes of cement hydration and the curing of concrete at negative ambient temperatures are considered.

Non-heated methods of winter concrete with the use of chemical additives are considered. The effect of chemical additives on concrete strength development and its effect on reinforcement corrosion is shown
