Historical facts show that most emergencies have resulted in disruption of life, numerous human deaths, serious changes in the natural world, and great damage to people and the environment.

In the early stages of human society, emergencies were mainly of a natural nature and were associated with spontaneous disasters. Emergency events can cause indirect economic damage - a decrease in product production while damaged and cooperating enterprises are stopped, an increase in the cost of products due to the involvement of workers in rescue operations, and similar responses can result in a deterioration, and in many cases aggravation, of the economic and social situation within the country.

Под воздействием информатизации происходят кардинальные изменения во всех сферах жизни и развитии профессиональной психолого-педагогической компетентности: в экономике, науке, образовании, культуре, здравоохранении, бытовой сфере. Эти изменения столь масштабны и глубоки, а их влияние на жизнедеятельность общества столь значительно, что можно вполне обоснованно говорить о формировании на нашей планете принципиально новой информационной среды обитания — автоматизированной инфосферы [1].

Доминирующей тенденцией дальнейшего развития современной цивилизации является переход от индустриального к информационному обществу, в котором объектами и результатами труда подавляющей части занятого населения станут информационные ресурсы и научные знания. Научно доказано, что информатизация образования является одним из важнейших условий успешного развития процессов информатизации общества, поскольку именно в сфере образования подготавливаются и воспитываются те люди, которые не только формируют новую информационную среду общества, но которым также предстоит самим жить и работать в этой новой среде.

Для определения сущности деонтологической готовности будущих педагогов к работе в условиях инклюзивного образования, прежде всего, необходимо рассмотреть понятие «профессиональная готовность педагога» как базового понятия нашего исследования.

В психолого-педагогической литературе термин «готовность» получил довольно широкую интерпретацию, однако он не имеет однозначной трактовки, и выделяется несколько подходов к определению понятия «готовность к профессиональной деятельности».

Различные аспекты профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов представлены в научных исследованиях казахстанских ученых А.Б. Абибулаевой, А.А. Калюжного, Г.Ж. Менлибековой, А.К. Сатынской, Н.Д. Хмель, Л.А Шкутиной, Н.А. Устелимовой.

Готовность будущего учителя к профессиональной деятельности – это интегративное профессионально значимое качество педагога, которое выражается в сочетании личных свойств и необходимых умениях и навыках, основанных на знании ЦПП [1].

Хмель Н.Д. определяет профессиональную готовность как «единство теоретических знаний и практических действий педагога, результатом которой является развитое педагогическое самосознание, творческая индивидуальность и владение материалом преподаваемого предмета на уровне, обеспечивающем организацию деятельности учащихся, ведущей к развитию их личности и самоутверждению» [2, с. 139].

Prevention of the development of professional destruction of teachers in situations of professional stress is considered an important applied task of modern pedagogical psychology.

The authors mentioned that organizational factors, consisting of overload, which means time and energy, therefore create an imbalance between the demands and the performance possibilities of the employees. Role ambiguity, associated with lack of clarity for employees and increased task complexity, therefore, social support from management, colleagues and family play an important role in reducing burnout. Personal factors, especially self-image, the way we perceive ourselves depends on the degree of self-esteem, self-appreciation we have. Also, teachers with external locus of control have fewer coping strategies, to face challenges constructively, they do not look for solutions in solving problems, but cry for pity (Calin, F.et.al, 2022).

Pharmacological Interventions for Aging and Rejuvenation: A Meta-Analysis of Clinical Outcomes and Anti-Aging Therapeutics

Aging is the principal risk factor for chronic diseases and functional decline, making the development of interventions that target the biology of aging a priority for modern medicine. In recent years, pharmacological strategies aimed at promoting rejuvenation and extending healthspan have gained considerable attention, including the use of metformin, NAD⁺ precursors, rapamycin, senolytics, resveratrol, and other compounds with geroprotective potential. This study presents a comprehensive meta-analysis of randomized and non-randomized clinical trials investigating the efficacy of pharmacological anti-aging interventions. Data were extracted from major clinical databases and analyzed to evaluate effects on biomarkers of inflammation, metabolic regulation, frailty, cognitive performance, and physical function.

The results indicate that metformin significantly reduces systemic inflammatory markers, including interleukin-6, and improves insulin sensitivity. NAD⁺ precursors such as nicotinamide riboside enhance mitochondrial function and modestly improve physical endurance and walking speed. Rapamycin and its analogs demonstrate improvements in immune resilience and infection resistance but are associated with dose-dependent adverse events. Senolytic agents such as dasatinib plus quercetin show substantial promise in reducing frailty indices and improving mobility in elderly populations. Resveratrol demonstrates modest improvements in metabolic regulation and vascular function, though heterogeneity of study designs limits firm conclusions.

Overall, these findings support the notion that targeting fundamental aging pathways with pharmacological interventions yields clinically meaningful benefits across multiple domains of healthspan. However, further large-scale, long-term, and harmonized clinical trials are required to establish safety, efficacy, and appropriate dosing regimens. Anti-aging medicine is transitioning from experimental to translational clinical practice, offering potential to redefine preventive medicine and extend healthy human lifespan.

Содержание научной статьи связано с рассмотрением ряда ключевых, по мнению автора, аспектов как позитивных, так и негативных в отношении соцсетей, т.е. существования человечества в своеобразной «инореальности» - виртуальном мире. В 2005 году, когда социальные сети только зарождались, в США, к примеру, ими пользовались всего около 5% пользователей. В 2019 году эта цифра выросла до 70%. Показательны данные Исследовательского центра Pew Research Center, научная группа которого провела исследование использования и популярности социальных сетей среди взрослых в США в начале 2019 года. Исследование показало, что в то время как наиболее используемыми социальными платформами для взрослых являются YouTube и Facebook, подростки предпочитают SnapChat и Instagram, в то время как TikTok, как сообщается, является самой быстрорастущей социальной сетью среди молодых пользователей. Использование социальных сетей распространено практически повсеместно среди современных подростков и это относится не только к США. Исследовательский центр Pew Research Center сообщает, что 97% 13-17-летних подростков используют, по крайней мере, одну из 7-ми основных онлайн-платформ.
