⁠METAPEDAGOGICAL MODELS IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ LANGUAGE REFLECTION

This study aims to identify the role of metapedagogical models in developing students’ language reflection in higher education institutions. The research examined the impact of metapedagogical approaches on students’ language competencies, cognitive skills, self-assessment abilities, and capacity to manage their learning process. Data were collected from 150 students across three universities in Almaty, employing descriptive, experimental, and qualitative methods. The results indicate that metapedagogical models effectively enhance students’ language reflection, promote the development of academic text analysis and collaborative skills, and increase students’ active engagement in the learning process. The findings provide practical recommendations for modernizing language education in higher education institutions and demonstrate the crucial role of metapedagogical models in fostering students’ ability to manage their own learning process effectively.

В статье рассматривается эффективная модель управления учебно-методическим центром (УМЦ), ориентированная на поддержку непрерывного профессионального развития педагогов в условиях цифровой трансформации системы образования. Обоснована актуальность перехода от традиционной административно-иерархической модели управления к гибкой, проектно-ориентированной и цифрово-интегрированной системе, отвечающей современным требованиям образовательного менеджмента.

В работе раскрываются ключевые управленческие стратегии реализации инновационных проектов в деятельности УМЦ, включая механизмы стратегического планирования, проектного управления и методического сопровождения педагогов. Особое внимание уделяется использованию цифровых инструментов аналитики, мониторинга и оценки качества профессионального развития педагогических кадров, а также управлению данными как ресурсу принятия управленческих решений.

Описана методика поэтапного внедрения предложенной модели и представлены результаты ее практического применения в образовательной организации. Проведен анализ эффективности модели, выявлены ее преимущества, ограничения и условия масштабирования в системе дополнительного и методического образования. Полученные выводы подтверждают потенциал проектно-цифровой модели управления УМЦ как инструмента повышения качества методической работы и устойчивого профессионального развития педагогов.

Современные подходы к реализации проектного менеджмента

Проектное управление представляет собой основополагающий элемент системы менеджмента компании [1]. В условиях интенсификации деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов и высокой конкуренции эффективная система проектного управления выступает как ключевой фактор успеха, предоставляющий конкурентное преимущество. Эффективный менеджмент организации обеспечивается изучением и грамотным применением моделей проектного управления, однако в стремительно меняющихся условиях рынка необходимым представляется переход к новым моделям проектного управления, дающим возможность выстраивать высокоэффективную систему менеджмента проектов [2]. Наиболее перспективными являются гибкие методы проектного менеджмента, основанные на хорошо выстроенных механизмах и схемах коммуникаций и информационного обмена стейкхолдеров. В связи с этим актуальным является исследование особенностей современных методик проектного менеджмента.

Целью работы является изучение современных подходов к реализации проектного менеджмента. Для её достижения были использованы методы анализа и синтеза научных публикаций и литературных источников по рассматриваемой теме.

The global changes taking place in the 21st century, particularly Russia's military aggression against sovereign Ukraine, have significantly altered the security architecture of the European continent.

In parallel with the ongoing war in Ukraine, energy prices in Europe are consistently rising. The disruption of Ukrainian wheat exports has threatened global food security, becoming one of the primary causes of a humanitarian crisis. European states face new challenges, making it essential to maintain unprecedented unity and collectively overcome emerging difficulties.

The European Union's response to Russian aggression is direct and unambiguous. Economic sanctions and the imposition of a price cap on energy resources have significantly reduced European countries' dependence on Russian oil and gas, thereby dealing a major blow to the Russian economy.

Against the backdrop of Russia's ambiguous geoeconomic policy toward the South Caucasus countries, their economic relations with the European Union are deepening. On one hand, Russia attempts to play the role of a peacemaker in the region; on the other hand, it promotes economic and political destabilization by encouraging local conflicts and occupying territories.

МОБІЛЬНА ПРЯМОШУКОВА ТЕХНОЛОГІЯ ЧАСТОТНО-РЕЗОНАНСНОЇ ОБРОБКИ СУПУТНИКОВИХ ТА ФОТО ЗНІМКІВ: РЕЗУЛЬТАТИ АПРОБАЦІЇ ТА ПРАКТИЧНОГО ВИКОРИСТАННЯ В 2017-2021 РОКАХ

В 2017-2021 рр. на відомих родовищах нафти і газу, а також пошукових площах і ділянках на території України і в інших регіонах світу виконано значних обсяг експериментальних робіт рекогносцирувального характеру з використанням мало-витратної технології «прямих» пошуків і розвідки рудних і горючих корисних копалин, а також води [Левашов і ін., 2003; 2006; 2012; Якимчук і ін., 2019а]. Дослідження виконувалися з метою демонстрації працездатності і потенційних можливостей прямопошукових методів і технологій та вдосконалення методики проведення рекогносцирувальних і детальних досліджень з їх використанням. Методи частотно-резонансної обробки супутникових знімків і фотознімків, які входять в прямопошукову технологію, надали можливість оперативно провести обстеження значної кількості локальних ділянок, пошукових блоків і майданчиків буріння свердловин з метою пошуків горючих і рудних корисних копалин, а також вивчення глибинної будови Землі і планет Сонячної системи.
Значний обсяг експериментальних робіт проведено також на ділянках видимої водневої дегазації з метою вивчення можливості цілеспрямованого застосування мобільної прямопошукової технології для виявлення скупчень водню і оцінки (визначення) глибин (інтервалів) їх залягання. Доцільність проведення експериментальних досліджень з метою розробки ефективних технологій виявлення і картування скупчень природного водню в колекторах розрізу, а також локальних зон і великих площ його міграції в атмосферу обумовлена наміром провідних країн світової спільноти перейти на використання безвуглецевих енергетичних ресурсів - вітрової, сонячної, геотермальної енергії та водню.

THE IMPACT OF CASPIAN SEA LEVEL DROP ON GROUNDWATER LEVEL FLUCTUATIONS (CASE STUDY OF THE NABRAN COAST)

The water balance of the Caspian Sea (lake), considered the largest enclosed body of water in the world and distinguished by its hydrometeorological and oceanographic characteristics, is formed by river water, precipitation, and, to some extent, groundwater. As an enclosed body of water, its water level rises due to inflowing rivers, but it partially loses water volume due to evaporation. In recent years, the Caspian Sea has been experiencing a steady decline in water level. These changes in the sea are consequence of global climate change and its impacts on the Caspian region. Data from sea level monitoring conducted from 1837 to the present show that similar fluctuations in the Caspian Sea level are observed periodically, and even the current level (approximately -29 m) can be considered the second most critical. The first critical drop in the last 200 years was recorded in 1977 and amounted to -28.92 m. If we look at the history of the Caspian Sea, we see that during these years, a period of sharp decline in its level was observed. This period spans 1930–1977, after which a 2.5-meter rise in the Caspian Sea was observed over a 16-year period (1978–1995).

В статье рассмотрены особенности дозовых нагрузок пациентов и медицинского персонала при применении радиофармацевтических препаратов в ядерной медицине. Проведен сравнительный анализ характера, величины и условий формирования доз облучения. Представлены табличные и графические данные, отражающие уровни эффективных доз при типичных диагностических процедурах. Показано, что при соблюдении принципов радиационной безопасности дозовые нагрузки обеих групп находятся в пределах нормативных значений

URBAN BELONGING IN THE DIGITAL PUBLIC SPHERE: SOCIAL IDENTITY RECONSTRUCTION AMONG ETHNIC KAZAKHS IN ALMATY

This study examines the reconstruction of social identity among ethnic Kazakhs in the urban environment of Almaty through an analysis of digital public discourse. Drawing on qualitative content analysis of discussions published on the social media platform Threads between October and December 2025, the research focuses on the symbolic distinction between “locals” and “newcomers” as a key axis of urban identity negotiation. In total, 73 discussion threads were analyzed, with particular attention to narratives related to internal migration, everyday urban practices, language use, and perceptions of belonging. The findings demonstrate that urban identity in Almaty is constructed less through explicit ethnic differentiation and more through moral and behavioral criteria, including generational rootedness, emotional attachment to the city, adherence to informal urban norms, and symbolic claims to urban space. Long-term residents frequently position themselves as morally authorized urban subjects, while newcomers are discursively constructed as conditional members whose belonging must be earned through conformity to dominant urban values. At the same time, counter-discourses articulated by newcomers reveal the negotiated and performative nature of urban belonging. The study contributes to constructivist and relational theories of social identity by highlighting the role of digital public spaces in making symbolic boundaries visible and contested. By focusing on a post-Soviet metropolitan context, the research expands international urban sociology and digital identity studies, offering new empirical insights into identity reconstruction under conditions of internal migration and rapid urban transformation

RELIGIOUS IDENTITY AS PERFORMANCE: MUSLIM WOMEN, VISUAL CULTURE, AND PLATFORM LOGICS ON INSTAGRAM IN KAZAKHSTAN

This study explores how Muslim women in Kazakhstan construct and perform religious identity on Instagram through visual practices, emotional narratives, and everyday lifestyle representations. Using qualitative content analysis, four anonymized public profiles were examined to identify dominant patterns of digital religious self-presentation. The findings reveal that religious identity is embedded in family roles, motherhood, emotional expression, modest fashion, entrepreneurial self-branding, and collective female rituals rather than articulated primarily through explicit theological discourse. Instagram functions not only as a site of representation but as a performative environment where piety, femininity, and social belonging are negotiated through platform-specific aesthetics and algorithmic visibility. The analysis identifies four overlapping models of Muslim femininity: domestic care-oriented piety, emotionally expressive family-centered religiosity, entrepreneurially framed religious leadership, and community-based sisterhood-oriented devotion. These models demonstrate that digital religious identity is dynamic, situational, and shaped by social roles, audience expectations, and platform logics. By focusing on a Central Asian context, the study contributes regionally grounded insights into gendered digital religiosity in post-Soviet Muslim societies and extends current theoretical debates on religious identity as a performative and technologically mediated practice

ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПОЛИДЕНТАНТНЫХ ЛИГАНДОВ С ХОРОШИМИ КОМПЛЕКСООБРАЗУЮЩИМИ СОЕДИНЕНИЯМИ С ПЕРЕХОДНЫМИ МЕТАЛЛАМИ

Комплексы, образуемые переходными металлами с бензойной кислотой и ее производными, создают необходимость изучения этих комплексов как интересного объекта как в кристаллографии, так и с точки зрения их биологической активности. Наиболее серьезный научный и практический интерес в этой области представляет изучение зависимостей между биологической активностью и стереохимией комплексных соединений, образующихся в результате химического взаимодействия центральных атомов металла с лигандами, подобранными по их структуре и свойствам, а также координации донорных атомов в них. Эти исследования всегда актуальны, поскольку единственный способ получить комплексы с предсказанными свойствами — это правильный подбор составов и структур и их практическая реализация.

Аддукты, полученные в результате взаимодействия комплексов, образованных металлами с карбоновыми кислотами ароматического кольца, с растворителями, содержащими сильные донорные атомы, дополнительно обогащают свойства соединений этого типа. В этом отношении синтез, структура и свойства аддуктов пиридина и пиразина являются наиболее реалистичным и перспективным способом выяснения и определения механизма образования и действия комплексов.

Синтез новых комплексов и аддуктов переходных металлов с полидентатными органическими лигандами, изучение их структуры и свойств, выяснение механизма процессов комплексообразования и практическая реализация возможностей получения аддуктов на основе комплексов относятся к числу основных задач, стоящих перед кристаллографами.

ZENGEZUR KORİDORU: “BARIŞIN İLMİĞİ” Mİ, “YENİ BÖLÜNME HATTI” MI?

Güney Kafkasya’nın stratejik ulaştırma ve lojistik hattı olan Zengezur Koridoru, 10 Kasım 2020 tarihli Üçlü Bildiri ile hukuki zemin kazanmış ve Azerbaycan ile Nahçıvan arasında kesintisiz bağlantı sağlamayı hedeflemiştir. Ancak proje, teknik bir ulaşım hattı olmanın ötesinde, bölgesel siyasi dengelerin yeniden şekillendiği bir alanda jeopolitik bir tartışma konusu haline gelmiştir. Çalışmada, koridorun kısa vadede realist perspektifin öngördüğü güvenlik kaygıları ve güç rekabeti ile şekillendiği; uzun vadede ise kurumsalcı yaklaşımın savunduğu ekonomik entegrasyon potansiyelini taşıdığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

THE IMPACT OF CONFLICTS ON INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Conflicts in modern times have a serious impact on integration processes. To avoid or minimize these impacts, the application of international law, diplomatic mechanisms, and regional cooperation aimed at conflict resolution should be strengthened.Conflicts can have both negative and sometimes positive effects on integration processes. Reducing their impact and strengthening integration initiatives requires political will, effective governance and international cooperation. Conflicts create serious obstacles to the implementation and successful continuation of integration processes. Since integration processes are built on mutual cooperation, mutual trust and common goals, conflicts undermine these elements and can lead to the suspension of the process. Conflicts of a political, economic, and ethnic nature in particular lead to strained relations between regions and states, reduced opportunities for cooperation, and weakened integration prospects. The article extensively analyzes the impact of conflicts on integration processes and considers factors such as the causes of conflict outbreaks.

Practical Implementation of Relational and NoSQL Database Systems for Real-World Applications in Cloud and Distributed Environments

The exponential growth of data in modern organizations—characterized by increasing volume, variety, velocity, and veracity—has fundamentally transformed the role of database systems in both business and technological environments. Traditional data management approaches are often insufficient to address the complexity and scale of contemporary data-driven applications. While theoretical database models and academic research provide essential conceptual frameworks, the practical implementation of database systems plays a decisive role in ensuring that these models effectively support real-world operational, analytical, and strategic requirements.

This study focuses on practical strategies for implementing database systems, emphasizing the transition from theoretical design principles to deployable, scalable, and secure solutions. Both relational database management systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases are examined, highlighting their complementary roles in modern information systems. Relational databases remain critical for structured data, transactional consistency, and integrity constraints, whereas NoSQL solutions offer flexibility, horizontal scalability, and high availability for unstructured and semi-structured data. The research underscores the importance of selecting appropriate database technologies based on application-specific requirements rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach.

A central component of effective database implementation is data modeling and schema design. This study discusses conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling techniques, emphasizing normalization, denormalization strategies, and entity-relationship modeling in relational systems, as well as document-oriented, key-value, column-family, and graph models in NoSQL environments. Proper schema design is shown to significantly influence system performance, maintainability, and extensibility, particularly in large-scale and evolving data ecosystems.

The paper further explores critical phases of database implementation, including deployment, configuration, and performance optimization. Practical challenges such as managing large datasets, ensuring ACID compliance or eventual consistency, optimizing query performance, and designing effective indexing strategies are analyzed in detail. В исследовании в качестве основной фактологической базы использованы отчеты компании за 2023 и 2024 годы и научные публикации. Результаты показывают, что компания работает в условиях постоянного давления издержек, остаются несколько пробелов в области цифровизации, мониторинга, планирования и контроля в производственной системе. The role of foreign language teaching at non-linguistic universities has positively changed last decade in our country in accordance with global changes. The development of intercultural communication, the necessity for social and scientific practice exchange between countries has changed the requirements for specialists of almost all spheres. Consequently within the transition of our country to international arena the social request for specialists with language knowledge and high level of digital skills has increased as well. With the rapid development of technology some teaching methods had lost their actuality and for teachers appeared a new challenge to concern their teaching materials and tools. This article is aimed to show the effectiveness of teaching foreign language to students of non-linguistic specialty (tourism faculty) using digital technology. Combination of two tasks as formation of non-linguistic students’ digital skills and improvement their language knowledge is recently-developed within this study. The article defines the importance and actuality of digital technology in language teaching, as with the help of them it is possible to make classes more communicative oriented. Also these technologies give opportunity for teachers to teach language material more effective and for students to be active during the lesson. During this study a special program was modeled taking into account the specific features of teaching foreign language to non-linguistic students. Within this study the beneficial aspects are observed and the results of study are included in modeling professional oriented foreign language educational complex. The applicability of the article has been proved by satisfactory results of end-of-course test and makes it actual for further continuation of the course with implementation of higher level tasks

Practical methods and task examples based on classroom experience are presented to demonstrate how literary texts can be transformed into tools for developing life-oriented skills. The findings highlight that systematic and purposeful work with literary texts significantly contributes to students’ functional literacy, motivation for reading, and overall academic success.

INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN KAZAKHSTAN: EXAMINING THE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

The research aimed to explore teachers’ preparedness, perceptions, and experiences in integrating students with special educational needs (SEN) into regular classrooms. Data were collected through a structured online questionnaire administered to teachers with varying levels of experience. The findings indicate that while teachers generally support inclusive practices and recognize their benefits for student engagement, collaboration, and self-confidence, significant challenges remain. These include limited professional development opportunities, insufficient teaching resources, and inadequate institutional support. The study highlights the need for targeted interventions, including enhanced teacher training, increased access to specialized materials, and stronger policy frameworks, to promote effective inclusive education. Overall, the results suggest that inclusive education in Kazakhstan holds considerable potential but requires strategic support to overcome existing barriers.

Special emphasis is placed on the communicative nature of performing arts, viewed as a multi-level system of dialogues with the author, the listener, oneself, and society. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AI-GENERATED WRITING ASSIGNMENTS IN TEACHING WRITING TO 11TH GRADE STUDENTS

One of the most difficult areas of English language instruction for teachers today is still writing instruction, especially for high school students who must have higher levels of accuracy and critical thinking. Many 11th-grade students have trouble with idea generation, essay organization, and grammar and vocabulary usage. Yet there have also been significant developments in the areas of Artificial Intelligence technology that have opened up new opportunities for improving writing skills instruction.

This paper examines how effective AI-writing assignments are in teaching writing to 11th-grade students. This study is based on a qualitative study based on human perception conducted through online questionnaires. These questionnaires were conducted on three major categories: improvement in writing skill, ease of use and time factor, and interest in writing. Survey forms were filled out by 42 secondary schools’ 11th-grade students and 16 English language teachers.

Results show that both student and teacher perspectives view AI-generated writing tasks as a supportive teaching tool for use in the writing classroom. Students benefit from using AI-generated writing tasks through better grammar, vocabulary development, idea development, and motivation for writing. Teachers view these tasks as useful for saving teaching time, scaffolding instruction, as well as differentiating instruction. Even so, there are risks associated with both groups, and this includes overdependence on AI and academic integrity.

This study concludes that AI-generated writing assignments can be very helpful tools for teaching if appropriately utilized and implemented and if students are left to write independently

Лишь 30–40 % населения имеют полный круг Виллизия, тогда как различные гипоплазии и аплазии являются обычным вариантом нормы. Эти особенности критичны при окклюзиях крупных артерий, влияя как на объём пенумбры, так и на эффективность тромбэктомии. Высокая заболеваемость инсультом в Казахстане, свыше 40 000 случаев ежегодно, подчёркивает необходимость совершенствования диагностики и оценки гемодинамических факторов риска [5,6].

Особую клиническую значимость имеет изменение морфометрии при стенозах, недостаточности и тромбозе клапанов сердца, поскольку данные параметры непосредственно определяют степень нарушения кровотока и тяжесть сердечной недостаточности. Тромбоз и тромбоэндокардит, как осложнения клапанных поражений, ведут к структурной деформации створок, частичной потере их подвижности и высокому риску эмболий. Professor Richard Haier from the University of California, LA, published the research result stating that "men have 10 times more gray matter in their brains than women, while women have 6.5 times more white matter than men." Gray matter enables the brain to process information, while white matter enables the establishment of connections between pieces of information. Men are more successful in deep and mathematical thinking, while women are more successful in brain activities such as emotional, language-history, etc.
