Abstract

Importance of modern organizational management : Modern organizational management plays a vital role in the rapidly changing business environment. With the acceleration of globalization and digitalization, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition and changing market demands. Effective organizational management can not only improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, but also enhance their ability to adapt to market changes. In this context, modern organizational management emphasizes flexibility, innovation and customer-centricity, aiming to achieve sustainable development by optimizing resource allocation and improving decision-making efficiency.

In China, with the rapid economic development and changes in consumer behavior, traditional management models can no longer meet market demand. Enterprises need to use modern management methods to improve internal collaboration and strengthen external communication to better respond to market challenges. This transformation has prompted companies to continuously explore new management concepts, especially customer-centric methods, which have become an important part of modern organizational management.
